「Style Inspiration」 Although this bottle have retired from dispensing the fizzies, it looks great perched on a bar cart or shelf. Talk about a conversation starter!
「History」 Made in France in the early 1900's, this very thick uranium glass siphon was used to contain pressurized "seltz" water. Carbon gas was added to pure water. (The current 'Sodastream' production is the result of such a process). This water was also used to prepare all sorts of cocktails. Seltzer water had many therapeutic properties and notably diuretic qualities
「Dimension」 11.75" H x 4" L x 4" W
「Condition」 Condition appropriate with age. Some "bruising" of the glass bottom. The glass tube inside is broken. We prefer to keep the residue inside as part of its rustic charm, but you can give it a good cleaning if you prefer a clean look.
